We’re a growing software development agency that builds custom web applications for clients across multiple industries. Due to growth, we need a Technical Project Manager who can own client relationships from discovery through delivery.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Requirements gathering and user story creation
• Sprint planning and backlog management
• Basic understanding of web technologies (React, databases, APIs)
• Proficiency with Jira, Slack, and mockup tools
• Ability to say “no” to scope creep diplomatically
• Experience with fixed-bid and retainer project models

• Run discovery calls to uncover what clients really need (not just what they ask for)
• Transform business problems into detailed technical requirements developers love
• Plan and manage sprints for several concurrent client projects
• Present solutions and demos that make clients say “that’s exactly what we wanted”
• Work directly with our remote development team to ensure quality delivery
• Become the trusted advisor clients text when they have “quick questions”
