What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a Mid-Level Technical Project Manager with experience delivering projects within a software or technology environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have:2+ years' experience in technical/software project management
  • Experience working with software development teams
  • Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum and/or Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong stakeholder and client management skills
  • Experience coordinating resources, project schedules and budgets
  • Ability to manage several projects or customer requirements simultaneously
  • Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative approach with the ability to keep technical teams focused on delivery


  • ResponsibilitiesManage the delivery of software projects and customer change requests from planning through to completion
  • Coordinate developers, resources and schedules across multiple pieces of work
  • Lead a small team of 1–3 software developers, providing day-to-day direction and support
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, budgets and delivery timelines
  • Identify potential risks or delays and put appropriate actions in place
  • Ensure customer requirements are delivered to agreed quality, scope and timescales
  • Work closely with clients, developers, internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Produce project plans, resource schedules and regular delivery/status reports
  • Support commercial activities including tracking billable work, revenue targets and monthly invoicing
  • Gather requirements and contribute to technical and project documentation
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on delivery, risks and team performance
  • Support the professional development and performance of assigned team members
