The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong people-management capabilities, and solid technical knowledge of websites, applications, and modern technologies such as .NET, React, PHP, and related frameworks. This role requires a highly professional individual who can take ownership of operations and decision-making, especially working independently or in the absence of the CEO. The candidate should demonstrate enthusiasm, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership—working for the organization as if it were their own. Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and motivate employees to achieve project and organizational goals. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of website and application development projects. Provide technical guidance and strategic direction across technologies including .NET, React, PHP, and other web/app platforms. Act as a key decision-maker to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery. Represent leadership and manage teams effectively in the absence of the CEO. Ensure professional conduct, discipline, and a positive work culture across teams. Coordinate between development, QA, design, and business teams. Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards. Identify risks, resolve issues proactively, and ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction.
