We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) with a strong background in automotive development to lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and delivering embedded software solutions for next-generation radar systems. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in embedded systems and strong project management skills to drive successful execution from concept through production. Job Responsibilities Own the planning, execution, and delivery of automotive software components, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with software, hardware, and systems engineering teams to define requirements, architecture, and design specifications. Act as the primary interface between engineering teams, internal stakeholders, management, and customers to maintain clear alignment and communication. Ensure project deliverables meet relevant automotive standards, including Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262. Evaluate the impact of changing requirements, manage scope adjustments, and guide teams through seamless transitions. Provide transparent, regular reporting to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key metrics. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in embedded software development and/or technical project management, ideally within automotive development. Strong foundation in software development practices (e.g., Automotive SPICE) and project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, IPMA). Familiarity with agile development methodologies and associated tools. Highly structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented work style.
