Who You Are You are a hands-on TPM with strong BA skills: you scope, translate clinical/market goals into requirements, and drive delivery. You manage RAID, standups, UAT, cutover and governance while producing clear specs and acceptance criteria that enable rapid, reliable launches. Responsibilities • Lead delivery: scope, schedule, budget, RAID, standups/scrum and stakeholder updates. • Act as business analyst: elicit and document epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and gap analysis. • Ensure quality & readiness: UAT planning, test coordination, cutover/runbooks and KPI/OKR tracking. • Define ops & governance: RACI, change control, privacy/risk checklists and documentation canon. • Build automation & dashboards to reduce PM overhead and improve decision speed. Must-have qualifications • 5–8+ years TPM/PM experience with proven BA capabilities and shipped cloud/AI features. • Strong tooling fluency (Jira/Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Sheets) and excellent technical writing skills. • Demonstrated experience running UAT, cutover and operational readiness for production launches. Nice-to-have • Experience in health/clinical product delivery or regulated data projects. • Familiarity with automated KPI dashboards and AI tooling for PM workflows. Compensation & performance bonuses Base fee: USD $1,000 - $1,500 / MONTH Performance incentives: Annual bonus for KPI over-performance Payment & contractor terms Independent Contractor status only.
