Who You Are You are a delivery-focused Technical Project Manager with deep business analysis capability. You can translate market, user, and clinical needs into structured requirements and ensure teams deliver against clear milestones. You run governance, RAID, standups, and readiness processes with precision, and you produce documentation that accelerates implementation and minimizes rework. Responsibilities • Lead all aspects of delivery: defining scope, planning schedules, managing budgets, coordinating RAID, running standups, and updating stakeholders. • Serve as the BA partner: gather requirements, model processes, define epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, and identify gaps. • Oversee quality and launch readiness: UAT planning, test execution, runbooks, cutover steps, and KPI/OKR monitoring. • Establish operational governance: RACI charts, change management procedures, risk/privacy checklists, documentation frameworks. • Develop lightweight automation, dashboards, and workflow accelerators to increase visibility and reduce administrative load. Must-have qualifications • 5–8+ years Project/Program/TPM experience with hands-on business analysis and delivered cloud/AI-based functionality. • High proficiency with delivery tools (Jira/Linear, ClickUp, Notion, Google Sheets) and outstanding technical writing ability. • Strong record leading UAT cycles, coordinating cutover, and ensuring operational readiness for production go-lives. Nice-to-have • Experience delivering clinical, healthcare, or regulated data products. • Knowledge of automated KPI dashboards and AI-supported PM tooling.
