Description
Job Description The client is a leading enterprise software company offering a unified platform for data, analytics, and AI. By combining the power of data warehouses and data lakes, they deliver an open, scalable solution for modern data and AI workloads. About the Role We are passionate about helping data and technology teams solve complex problems by building and running scalable infrastructure and applications. The Information Technology (IT) function is a product-led organization transforming how we work — from improving usability of IT services to developing applications that support growth at scale. The IT PMO Team is responsible for running strategic initiatives with company-wide impact. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for establishing strong practices of delivery and execution across multiple projects to support global growth and scale during a period of hyper-expansion. This is a short term contract of 2-6 months as freelancer/Independent Contractor Key Responsibilities Build and coordinate all aspects of programs under the Salesforce CPQ portfolio, including detailed project plans, resource allocations, risk/issue remediation, status reporting, and budget management. Serve as the primary point of contact for project details and execution. Maintain a technical, end-to-end understanding of upstream and downstream dependencies across GTM and CPQ systems. Lead multiple concurrent projects of varying size, scope, and complexity. Coordinate cross-functional team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Craft communications tailored to different audiences, from executive-level presentations to materials consumed by engineering, security, marketing, and other teams. Proactively identify risks across assigned areas and collaborate with teams and management to mitigate issues before they arise Experience working with Salesforce CPQ as a Scrum Master or Analyst is a strong plus. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ideally within a PMO framework.
