  • Software Requirement Specifications (SRS): Work with the team to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and technical needs.
  • Process Documentation: Standardize workflows for tasks like asset creation, print/export pipelines, and testing
Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management:

  • Sprint Planning: Organize and oversee sprints, ensuring tasks are well-defined, prioritized, and assigned.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to take project roadmap, and focus on deliverables ~3+ sprints ahead.
  • Milestone Tracking: Monitor progress against milestones, ensuring accountability and addressing blockers proactively.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Unreal Engine (or similar game engine development):

  • Understand game engine workflows, including asset integration, rendering, and optimization.

  • Provide oversight on Unreal Engine-specific tasks, ensuring efficient execution.

  • Testing Expertise:

  • Develop, document, and help to execute QA/testing plans for Zeno’s features.

  • Coordinate manual and automated testing efforts to ensure product reliability.

Documentation & Requirements Gathering:

  • Software Requirement Specifications (SRS): Work with the team to create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and technical needs.
  • Process Documentation: Standardize workflows for tasks like asset creation, print/export pipelines, and testing.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Team Liaison: Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA, non-technical stakeholders, etc.), ensuring communication is clear between product, development, and design teams to stay focused and aligned on the project goals.
  • Clear Reporting: Provide regular concise updates on project status, risks, and resource needs during team meetings and client discussions.

Resource Management:

  • Anticipate resource needs and proactively secure them.
  • Organize schedules to ensure optimal use of internal and external resources, such as freelancers or contractors.

Problem Solving:

  • Quickly assess project risks or delays and propose actionable solutions.
  • Manage dependencies across teams.
