Invest in us and we’ll invest in you! Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Planner to take ownership of project planning and scheduling across our technical initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on bringing structure to complex projects and ensuring seamless execution from conception to delivery. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Scheduling Develop comprehensive project plans for technical initiatives from initial scope through final delivery Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts using industry-standard project management software Establish realistic timelines, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and constraints Ongoing Project Management Provide regular updates to Gantt charts reflecting current project status and any scope changes Monitor project progress against established timelines and identify potential delays or risks Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure resource availability aligns with project schedules Maintain accurate documentation of project changes, decisions, and communications Stakeholder Communication Produce regular status reports and dashboard updates for leadership and project teams Facilitate planning meetings and milestone reviews with cross-functional teams Communicate timeline impacts and recommend mitigation strategies for potential delays Serve as the central point of contact for all project scheduling inquiries Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in technical project planning or project coordination Proficiency with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar) Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches) Experience creating and maintaining Gantt charts for complex, multi-phase projects Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification Previous experience in [relevant industry/technology domain] Familiarity with technical development lifecycles and software delivery processes Experience with resource management and capacity planning Strong analytical skills with ability to identify risks and dependencies Additional Information Why Version 1?
