Job Description As part of QIMA's Technical Team, you will support the Technical Projects Leader across two key product universes: softlines (apparel, textiles, and raw materials) and hardlines (consumer goods, industrial products, and general merchandise), as well as on ESG-related topics. You will contribute to real, ongoing projects with a tangible impact on how we deliver quality assurance to our clients worldwide. You will contribute to a variety of cross-functional technical initiatives, including: · Contribute to raw material inspection related projects implementation · Review, structure, and improve internal technical documentation, workflows, and quality reporting processes · Contribute to ESG-related initiatives - supporting tracking and documentation · Support a project to modernise and standardise templates used by teams globally · Develop clear, structured one-page product reference guides for hardlines categories to support the inspections · Analyse client and market needs, prepare materials, and actively contribute to ongoing hardlines projects · Collaborate closely with key account teams to bridge technical expertise and client-facing communication · The mission will include office and onsite hands-on experience Qualifications • Final year of a degree — Engineering (General or Textile) • Rigorous, detail-oriented, confident working autonomously • Willingness to travel internationally (mostly SEA) • Fluent in English, strong communication and interpersonal skills Department: Inspection Workplace Type: Onsite City: Ho Chi Minh City
