We encourage people to have ownership, make decisions and accept responsibility for them. WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Technical Property Manager to join our team in Slovakia. SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU Providing comprehensive technical oversight of the landlord’s property portfolio – ensuring continuous monitoring of the technical condition, maintenance, and operational performance of all assets. Managing and coordinating technical works, investments, and fit-outs – planning, preparation, and supervision of CAPEX/OPEX projects, including communication with tenants, external consultants, designers, and contractors. Supporting existing property management team in the execution of technical works and investments – cooperating in supplier tendering (or leading the tender process), preparing internal approval documentation in line with P3 policies, and resolving technical matters, design changes, modifications, or warranty claims during property operations. Supporting the asset manager – participating in the preparation of investment plans, budgets, and technical optimization initiatives across the portfolio. Representing the property team during new developments – overseeing technical solutions throughout construction, assessing operational suitability, and ensuring the proper handover of properties into management. Supervising compliance with legislative and operational obligations related to property management. Managing and updating technical building documentation, including maintenance records, inspection reports, and as-built documentation. Participating in sustainability (ESG) and energy efficiency projects, aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving the environmental performance of assets. WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE Completed degree in a technical field. Solid technical experience in property and/or facility management for commercial real estate. Independent and self-reliant working style. Team player with commitment, flexibility, and assertiveness. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel. Language skills: Slovak or Czech (native or bilingual level), English (professional working level).
