Description
Key responsibilities and duties:   * Day to day operation and resourcing of the Technical Publications Library. Receipt and allocation of Tech Publications amendments. Occasional aiding of the business with regards to ‘print room’ activity and other adhoc tasks not requiring a QMS authorization from time to time.  Use of the Navixa ERP system and OEM subscribed portals. * Adherence to our Quality Management Systems (QMS), Safety Management Systems (SMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and all associated Business Manuals.  Competencies: (e = Essential / d = desirable)   Core:  * Have an understanding of the principles of Airworthiness requirements (d)    On Job Training will be available to address shortcomings of new starters. * A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (e)   Functional:    The ability to communicate effectively to both Internal and External customers/Suppliers.
