We are currently looking for Technical Quality Manager of West EU , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: Together with the GAC West Region team you will be building the GAC business from the ground up. The Technical Quality Manager of West EU is responsible for implementing the technical and quality in The West EU region. We are an automotive company committed to intelligent manufacturing and high-quality development. Through technological innovation and lean management, we aim to deliver highly reliable vehicles and continuously enhance both vehicle and component quality standards. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1 Vehicle & Component Quality Management Oversee quality control for complete vehicles and key components Participate in quality planning during new vehicle development (APQP, PPAP, etc.) Lead supplier quality audits and improvement initiatives. 2 Supplier Quality Management (SQE Focus) Manage supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance assessment Conduct supplier process audits (e.g., VDA 6.3) Track corrective actions and drive continuous supplier improvement Ensure incoming material quality and production consistency 3 Quality Issue Analysis & Improvement Lead root cause analysis using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) Manage critical quality incidents and ensure full corrective action closure Drive cross-functional quality improvement projects 4 Quality System & Standardization Establish and optimize quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949) Promote process control and data analysis (SPC, CPK, etc.) Develop standardized operating procedures and quality control processes 5 Customer & After-Sales Quality Improvement Analyze field quality data and customer complaints Drive product design and technical improvements Reduce quality costs and warranty claims risks. 💼 What You Bring: Minimum 5 years or above of sales and network development experience in the France, Belgium and/or Luxembourg automotive industry. Fluent in French and English (business negotiations, report writing, aligning with Chinese headquarters, etc.), mastery of Chinese would be a plus. Ideally experienced in building a brand/company from 0-1. Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, self-starting and hands-on.
