POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Quality & Performance Supervisor to oversee the quality and performance of technicians across IT, mechanical, and electrical operations. The supervisor will monitor KPIs, ensure adherence to standards, conduct inspections, and recommend improvements to maintain high-quality operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSEDUCATION

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics), IT, or Industrial Management.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in a technical or maintenance environment.
  • Experience in quality control, supervision, or team management.
  • Familiarity with KPI tracking, reporting, and performance evaluation.

SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to measure, monitor, and improve team performance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT and mechanical/electrical systems (sufficient to assess quality).
