Description
Overview Primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and quality control of aircraft marketing documentation, including Aircraft Marketing Specification Sheets and Engine Minipacks. This role supports asset management and marketing efforts by maintaining up‑to‑date records that accurately reflect the technical status of aircraft and engines across the portfolio. The analyst also oversees the tracking and documentation of major assembly changes and the movement of assemblies between aircraft, ensuring traceability and data integrity throughout the asset lifecycle. In addition, the position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the location and status of physical hard‑copy records, including engine logbooks and airframe records.  Specific Accountabilities * Perform quality control and preparation of Aircraft Marketing Specification Sheets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency with technical records * Create, review, and maintain Engine Minipacks for marketing, leasing, and transaction support purposes * Track and reconcile major assembly changes (Engines, Gears and APU) across the fleet * Monitor and track the physical location and custody of hard‑copy aircraft records and engine logbooks * Maintain organized records to support audits, asset sales, leasing activity, and regulatory reviews * Review general aviation technical records to validate completeness and lifecycle continuity * Assist in establishing and verifying “back‑to‑birth” trace documentation where required or available * Other duties as assigned to meet business needs Qualifications/Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties. * Minimum of 2+ years of aviation experience * Basic knowledge of aircraft and engine documentation * Detail oriented with the discipline for continuous improvement * Ability to work in a high-pressure / fast-paced environment * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Proficiency with Microsoft Software packages and ability to learn new systems * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Engineering degree and/or FAA A&P preferred
