Description
MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE To support continuing airworthiness requirements by ensuring the proper administration, secure storage, and effective management of aircraft records in compliance with regulatory standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews of completed maintenance data post line and base maintenance activities upon receipt for its completeness, correctness, and legibility. Administers the storage and preservation of aircraft records to ensure its traceability throughout the lifetime of aircraft, engine, APU and components. Ensures timely and accurate completion of Aircraft, Engine, APU Log-Books. Reports and rectifies engineering errors to maintain compliance and data integrity. Updates and maintains of the Computerized Maintenance and Airworthiness System, ensuring accuracy of technical data and regulatory compliance. Monitors aircraft technical records, aircraft utilization, sector record pages (SRPs) to ensure data are recorded correctly. Maintains a database of information and history for each aircraft, its systems and components including airworthiness directives, modifications and repairs, weight & balance reports etc. Assists lease team in building up the database in accordance with lessor requirements. Assists with investigations arising from Air Safety Reports, Engineering Safety Reports and GCAA Reporting of Safety Incidents. Observes, follows and supports established safety policies, practices and procedures prescribed in the various flydubai manuals and notices. Reports any safety related incidents or failures of the safety system to the Safety Department and their manager or, using formal or confidential means, to the Safety Department. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree (3+ years) Fluent in English Minimum of 2 years experience is desirable Years with qualifications: 2 - 4 years COMPETENCIES Customer Focus Teamwork Effective Communication Personal Accountability & Commitment to achieve Resilience & Flexibility (Can do attitude) ISR REQUIREMENTS Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
