We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a long-term W2 contract to join our team onsite in Dallas, TX. This role involves full-cycle recruitment for highly technical positions within system engineering, package engineering, and the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical recruiting, including conducting intake meetings, managing updates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a professional presence on LinkedIn. Required Skills and Qualifications: High School Diploma 3+ years of technical recruiting experience 1+ years of professional recruiting experience Experience in identifying technical talent who work with one or many of the technologies with semiconductors, package engineering, and system engineering Must work on-site 5 days a week.
