The Technical Recruiter is a key driver of our team’s growth and success. In our Managed Services environment, this role partners closely with the Director of Human Resources and senior leadership to attract and hire top technical talent who thrive in client-facing, fast-paced environments.   The ideal candidate takes ownership of the recruiting process, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while helping shape our company culture.   This is a remote, part-time position working up to 20 hours per week.   RESPONSIBILITIES * Source, engage, and hire qualified technical talent across MSP roles (Service Desk, NOC, Field Engineers, vCIOs, Project Engineers, etc.) * Leverage job boards, social platforms, and college/university partnerships to build strong candidate pipelines * Manage and maintain candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Partner with hiring managers and foster open communication on recruitment process * Track and achieve recruiting metrics * Review and refine job descriptions and job postings to identify required skills, background, impact of role, and ideal profile for open positions * Advise hiring managers on recruiting techniques for attracting, evaluating, and retaining top talent * Extend offers, fill positions, and work with Director of HR on onboarding candidates * Proactively identify and engage passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs * Support additional recruiting and HR initiatives as assigned JOB REQUIRMENTS * High School diploma required, Bachelor degree preferred * Minimum of 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, preferably within an IT MSP or similar services environment * Familiarity with common MSP roles, tools, and technologies (e.g., ticketing systems, RMM tools, Microsoft stack, networking fundamentals) * Strong understanding of social recruiting strategies and tools * Proven ability to meet recruiting goals and hire candidates who demonstrate long-term success and retention * Strong communication and organization skills * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment WHY ANATOMY IT?
