Description
  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution. 
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience recruiting technical roles, OR an educational background in an engineering discipline such as Electrical/Computer/Software/Systems Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field. 
  • Proven ability to source technical talent using: LinkedIn and professional networking platforms, Boolean search techniques and Web-based sourcing, referrals, and community engagement. 
  • Experience using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage requisitions, candidates, and reporting. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail, especially when evaluating technical profiles. 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open roles. 
  • Ability to make logical, evidence-based recommendations to hiring managers. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional interaction with engineers, managers, and candidates. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Prior recruitment experience in: Electronics, aerospace, defence, automotive, or high-reliability industries and safety-critical or regulated environments (e.g., ISO, AS9100, IEC, DO-178, DO-254). 
  • Familiarity with embedded software, firmware, hardware development life cycles. 
  • Experience recruiting in geographically distributed or remote environments. 
  • Exposure to technical screening methodologies or collaboration with technical interview panels.
