Job Summary We're currently on the lookout for our next IT Recruiter (18270) for our Peru Headquarter and we're looking for people with a decent conversational level of English who have experience hunting in the IT market as well as that passion that distinguishes the simple recruiters from the Hunters. Responsibilities and Duties Recruitment and selection of IT Software profiles for US clients. End-to-end process with local accounts/clients (from information gathering, offer and hiring). Management and negotiation with medium and high IT profiles (specialist). Personal and Employer Branding. Qualifications and Skills 2+ years of experience in recruitment and selection (hunting and sourcing of candidates). Extensive Experience in End-to-End Recruiting. 2+ years of total experience in recruiting IT Software profiles (developers, QA, Datas, BI, BA, UI/UX and DevOps in Latam). Experience looking for bilingual candidates and/or for US accounts. Have at least a B2 level of English, as we deal with international client Experience in Boolean searches in social networks. Experience as Headhunters for medium and high profiles. Proactivity, organization, criteria for working alone and in teams.
