About the Role: Centelon is looking for a self-motivated Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for technical and non-technical roles while supporting business development and RFP reviews. Your expertise in sourcing and screening candidates will help build a strong talent pipeline and support growth initiatives.

TECHNICAL & CONTRACT HIRING:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job profiles.
• Post job descriptions tailored to technical and contract roles.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and niche platforms for full-time and contract positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and track recruitment activities.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance hiring strategies.
• Build relationships with candidates and promote employer branding.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in technical & non-technical recruitment.
• Strong LinkedIn sourcing & Boolean search skills.
• Business development exposure & RFP expertise.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
