We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Recruiter with a specialisation in Cybersecurity to join our team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for a wide range of technical and cybersecurity positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and technical leads to identify top talent in a highly competitive market. You will play a key part in shaping our talent strategy, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Description (What you’ll do): Lead full-cycle recruitment for cybersecurity and technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities. Develop and execute sourcing strategies using advanced tools, platforms, and networks within the cybersecurity community. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for roles such as vulnerability researchers, incident responders, security engineers, penetration testers, threat researchers, and more. Conduct technical screenings and evaluate candidates’ cybersecurity skills and experience. Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and timely processes. Collaborate with HR and leadership to improve recruitment processes, employer branding, and hiring best practices. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, technologies, and market dynamics to ensure informed recruitment decisions. Requirements 2-4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, including hands-on experience recruiting for cybersecurity roles. Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, tools, and roles. Proven experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple search processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
