POSITION OVERVIEW:

Technical Recruiters at OLH are responsible for supporting company-wide recruiting activities. Candidates should have strong comprehension of technical, engineering, and information technology jobs, preferably in the nuclear and/or Department of Energy (DOE) arena, as well as a demonstrated ability to build a talent pipeline. Individual will be responsible for receiving and advertising technical job orders; as well as sourcing, screening, and submitting candidates to clients. Successful candidates must be able to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy. Independent, self-starter, self-motivated are key qualities for success in this role. The ability to cultivate relationships with candidates and establish a robust candidate database is critical. The ideal candidate must have an understanding and appreciation for how tracking data is valuable in the world of recruiting. Other duties may include supporting on-boarding and training of new staff and general admin support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 to 5 years (or more) Recruiting/Staffing experience, preferably in the DOE, Nuclear, Federal or related industry.
  • Technical recruiting experience in a corporate and/or third-party recruiting environment to include online sourcing, cold calls, networking, candidate screening and interviewing, etc.
  • Excellent professional oral, written, and grammatical communications skills.
  • Strong technical skills on PC operating systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook, data entry, database management, and the ability to quickly learn our internet-based applications.
  • Applicant Tracking System experience.
  • Must have experience sourcing from multiple online resources, social media tools, direct recruitment of potential candidates, and the drive to find creative solutions to connecting with highly qualified candidates.
  • Must be a positive team player, a quick learner, meticulous, and detail oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Must be able to provide a high level of attention to detail and high-quality work while multi-tasking with interruptions.
  • Must have the ability to maintain outstanding work performance in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Must be flexible to accommodate company needs as they grow and change.
  • Must be eager to participate in industry events and training relevant to the success of OLH and the employee.
  • Must be performance-driven and embrace defined metrics to measure success and guide efforts daily.
