You’ve successfully hired across Western, Central, and Eastern Europe, and understand the nuances of sourcing and engaging candidates across diverse markets.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a sharp eye for talent, and take pride in creating exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. You are collaborative, adaptable, and confident when partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Similar industry experience within a global technology or logistics organisation.
• Prior experience hiring for infrastructure roles and supporting recruitment across the EMEA region.
• Familiarity with recruitment in high-growth, scaling environments.
