TITLE: TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Established over fifteen years ago, we are a growing Melbourne headquartered Software Consultancy with a core focus of delivering business-critical digital products to our clients. Our teams work alongside our customers to dissect their complex problems and convert them into value-driven solutions, combining innovative principles in development, design, analysis and quality automation. We utilise Design Thinking and Agile practices to rapidly create customer and business first software, testing and embracing new technologies and trends along the way.
Fabric Group is growing rapidly over the past few years and we’ll maintain this pace to meet the needs of business growth in the upcoming years. We are in the phase of building our Talent Acquisition team which will be able to provide strong support on meeting business needs through hiring talented people with great technical skills.
We are now looking for an internal Technical Recruiter who is capable of handling the full cycle hiring process. This position is key to sourcing and attracting the best talent to meet our expansive technical hiring needs, ensuring candidates align with our innovative culture and values. You will work closely with the project lead/hiring manager to fill vacancies promptly and effectively, fostering our company’s growth and tech-driven mission.

SOURCING

  • Advertise and manage job vacancies in multiple methods and cost effect channels, such as direct sourcing, employee referral, social media, job boards and networking to source and attract qualified candidates
  • Draft and refine job descriptions based on requirements from project lead or management
  • Maintain talent pool and pipeline to meet the evolving hiring needs of organisation
