We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who can blend high-volume sourcing with recruiter-level judgment, calibration, and ownership. Our AI platform automatically scans and ranks thousands of candidates for each role. Your job is to be the human quality filter, the role expert, and the recruiter who decides which candidates are worth moving forward to clients. This role combines deep sourcing work with light full-cycle recruiting tasks: clarifying role needs, refining search criteria, running calibration loops, and presenting vetted slates of talent with a clear point of view. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Be part of a team building AI-native recruiting infrastructure Work across a wide range of roles while developing strong pattern-recognition skills Influence how AI and humans collaborate in next-generation hiring workflows What You’ll Work On High-Precision Sourcing and Candidate Review Review AI-ranked candidate batches across technical and non-technical roles Validate whether candidates truly match seniority, industry, stack, and company-stage expectations Identify the strongest profiles and prepare tight, justified candidate summaries Catch risks that automated filters miss and maintain a high-quality candidate bar Technical Recruiting Calibration Deeply understand each role’s requirements using hiring manager notes, job descriptions, and calibration exercises Quickly learn what “great” looks like for software engineers, data roles, PMs, designers, and GTM functions Refine prompts, search criteria, and alignment signals to help the AI improve role-matching accuracy Quality Control and Judgment Prevent misaligned outreach by validating every candidate recommended by the AI Provide structured reasoning for each selection, helping clients trust your taste and intuition Maintain high accuracy and consistency across all reviews Workflow Execution and Collaboration Complete sourcing and review batches with speed and precision Communicate blockers or unclear requirements so roles can be recalibrated Contribute insights to improve ranking logic, selection frameworks, and internal processes What You Bring 2 to 4 years of experience in technical recruiting, sourcing, or high-volume resume review Ability to evaluate resumes across a wide variety of functions Strong pattern recognition for roles in engineering, product, marketing, and business Fast learner who can internalize new role details quickly Confident judgment and the ability to justify decisions clearly Comfortable working independently with minimal handholding Thrives in high-volume, fast-moving environments Nice to Have Experience sourcing for engineering or AI/ML roles Exposure to early-stage startups or tech recruiting Experience with AI tools or automated sourcing workflows Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and explaining how you evaluate candidate quality Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
