Responsibilities Full cycle recruitment Create and implement sourcing strategies to develop diverse candidate pools across the UKI and Europe. Partner with hiring managers to conduct professional and inclusive interview processes, ensuring preparedness and efficiency. Evaluate candidate skills and manage offer processes, including reference checks, salary guidance, and offer negotiations. Provide market insights to refine recruitment priorities and align hiring strategies with business goals. Enhance the hiring experience by fostering positive relationships with stakeholders. Represent InterSystems as an employer of choice at local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities. Qualifications Eligible to work in UK 5+ years of recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments. Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service. Adaptability to support roles across a multicultural, dynamic business. Commitment to equity, inclusion, and a high-quality candidate experience. Ability to work autonomously while following established processes and procedures. The role is based in Windsor, UK. This is a full time in office position.
