Competencies Proven ability to recruit for both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (marketing, operations, ecosystem) roles. Deep sourcing expertise, with the ability to engage passive talent across global markets. Skilled at building partnerships with hiring managers and influencing with data. Strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations. Agile and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments. Required Skills 7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience 3+ years of passive sourcing experience Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups. Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices.
