Pickle is seeking a dynamic and driven Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting process for our most critical roles. You will help Pickle meet its ambitious talent acquisition goals while refining our recruiting systems. In this role, you’ll shape the foundation of Pickle’s growing Recruiting team, identifying and attracting top-tier talent in robotics and beyond. Your contributions will have a direct impact on scaling the company’s workforce, driving innovation, and ensuring we continue to lead in the warehouse automation space.
