Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in South Africa to support end-to-end recruitment for international clients, primarily in the US market. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in technical and non-technical hiring, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. Job Title: Talent & Performance Administrator Work Schedule: American (EST) Work Arrangement: Remote Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Partner with US-based clients to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and job boards to source and engage global talent. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure an excellent candidate experience. Provide regular recruitment insights and updates to stakeholders. 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or international recruitment (preferably for US clients). Strong understanding of global hiring practices and technical/non-technical roles. Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to work during US EST hours (5 PM – 1 AM SAST). Strong organizational, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
