Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter who can deeply understand our hiring needs and source high-quality candidates that closely match role requirements. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for software engineering and IT-related positions, while partnering closely with our HR team. The recruiter will manage the early stages of the hiring pipeline but will not be responsible for conducting interviews. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the HR team to understand job requirements, role priorities, and ideal candidate profiles Source qualified software engineering and IT candidates through various channels, including: Local and global software engineer communities Professional networks and social media platforms Job boards and niche technical talent pools Review and filter resumes to ensure only requirement-matching candidates are submitted Submit candidate profiles and resumes to the HR team in a clear and organized format Coordinate and schedule initial interviews using the HR team’s Calendly link Post and maintain job descriptions across relevant platforms and social channels Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing and coordination process Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and sourcing activity Required Qualifications Proven experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer Strong ability to screen resumes against technical and role-specific requirements Familiarity with software engineering roles and common tech stacks Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously Experience using job boards, LinkedIn, and social media for candidate sourcing Preferred Qualifications Previous experience recruiting software engineers or technical roles Background or experience as an IT recruiter Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Experience sourcing candidates from local or regional tech communities What We Offer Collaboration with a focused and supportive HR team Clear responsibilities with no interview attendance required Opportunity to work closely with technical hiring needs Flexible, results-driven working environment
