Description Reusable launch systems are the key to seamlessly connecting Earth and space, and talent is at the heart of that mission. As a full-cycle recruiter at Stoke, you’ll be pivotal in advancing our goals by hiring exceptional talent across our teams. You’ll partner closely with our hiring managers to identify, engage, and hire the best in the industry, while helping shape our recruiting strategies and scalable hiring processes. Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance, to secure top talent Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, write compelling job descriptions, and develop innovative hiring strategies Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and referrals Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve and scale our processes Build teams that reflect Stoke’s culture and drive our mission forward Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Recruiting experience in technical, manufacturing, and operations roles Demonstrated success in sourcing candidates for niche and high-demand technical roles Proven track record of hiring with speed and quality through strong hiring manager partnerships Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders Experience with applicant tracking systems, Greenhouse preferred Benefits Equity – We know that our employees are the reason we succeed.
