We also provide staffing solutions to our clients in both the Public and Private sectors Services.
Tech4Soft Inc is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to assist in our endeavours in identifying and securing candidates for our client’s opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least two years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
Should have a University Degree or College Diploma.
Should be flexible on working remotely and off schedule.
Should have the ability to connect with people Familiar with government procurement process and tendering bids.
Should have experience in resume or profile write-ups using MS-office.
Should be savvy with social media marketing
Excellent English communication skills. would be a strong asset.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nepean, ON K2E 7Z

Responses to Requests for Proposals Writing, Proposal responses and managing contracts.
Being uniquely aware of the time sensitive nature of bidding process to work quickly with clients and identify bid requirements, resource requirements and risk factors.
Create necessary listings for our client’s opportunities.
Identifying and reaching out to potential resources.
Screening and quality checking resumes to ensure that they meet our client’s requirements.
Look for opportunities for existing resources.
