Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

As the Technical Recruiter, you will serve as the first impression of the company for engineering and technical candidates. To be successful in this role, you have the ability to tell the story about our family of companies and illustrate our mission and values. You will communicate effectively throughout the full recruiting cycle, build relationships with both candidates and hiring teams, and implement new ideas on recruiting strategy. In addition to this, you are incredibly passionate about delivering the best candidate experience on behalf of a company that’s changing the landscape of an entire industry for the better.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Manage the end-to-end candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer negotiations and successful close.
  • Build diverse talent pipelines and apply inclusive recruiting practices to attract underrepresented and high-potential talent.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and proactively share insights and updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hiring managers, interviewers, and the recruiting team to deliver a streamlined and positive hiring experience.
  • Design and execute tailored recruiting strategies for each role in partnership with hiring teams.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Conduct reference checks and support interview coordination, including scheduling panels when needed.
  • Source and engage passive and niche candidates through innovative sourcing strategies and tools.
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics to assess pipeline health and conversion effectiveness.
  • Identify sourcing challenges and recommend strategic solutions to improve outreach and engagement.
  • Leverage your personal recruiting brand and social media presence to attract high-quality candidates.
