Tech Recruiter (Candidate Screening – ATS) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Tech Recruiter to support our Recruitment team by reviewing and screening candidate applications directly within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This is full time position focused exclusively on evaluating candidate profiles, shortlisting qualified applicants, and ensuring smooth transfer to the Recruitment team for next steps. Key Responsibilities Review incoming applications in the ATS and evaluate technical candidates against job requirements. Screen resumes and profiles for software engineering, data, DevOps, and other tech roles. Shortlist qualified candidates and move them through the correct stages in the ATS. Add structured feedback and clear notes for hiring manager review. Flag strong candidates quickly and highlight concerns where necessary. Maintain accuracy and consistency of candidate data in the ATS. Ensure timely processing of applications to keep pipelines moving efficiently. Proven experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency). Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, SmartRecruiters, etc.). Strong understanding of technical role requirements and ability to assess candidate fit. Excellent written communication skills for candidate notes and feedback. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Availability to review applications on a daily or agreed schedule.
