TECHNICAL RECRUITER

We are currently seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring candidates who meet the qualifications for various technical positions within the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for screening applicants, building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates, researching potential talent sources, posting job openings, and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree or diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Educational background or work experience in engineering fields (e.g., Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering) is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in sourcing candidates through methods such as Boolean searches, user groups, networking, and web-based channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Ability to make logical, fact-based recommendations and decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
  • Conduct phone screenings with applicants and sourced candidates to assess qualifications.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of potential candidates for technical roles.
  • Research companies, websites, organizations, and community groups to identify potential sources of talent.
  • Create, post, and manage job listings across multiple job boards and the company website.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System.
  • Other duties as assigned.
