About the Role You will be joining Félix at a pivotal stage of hyper-growth. This is an inherently exciting and high-impact role: you will be the critical partner sourcing the specialized engineering talent that will own the development of the technology defining the future of fintech. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity perfect for a recruiter with 1-3 years of foundational experience who is ready to accelerate their career. You will own the full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume set of critical Software Engineering roles. This role is a fast-track to mastery: you’ll sharpen your technical knowledge, become an expert in process efficiency, and deliver an outstanding, magical experience to every candidate. You will execute with urgency and focus, mastering the balance of speed and quality to ensure every hire is a strong cultural fit. Responsibilities Own and manage the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for a dedicated portfolio of high-priority Software Engineering roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Execute a repeatable, high-efficiency recruitment process for similar roles, identifying bottlenecks and proposing actionable improvements to the talent acquisition workflow. We move fast, but we move smart. Conduct initial candidate screens with a high bias for cultural alignment, assessing candidates against all five of Félix’s core values, particularly Loyalty/Transparency and Extreme Ownership. Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Engineering Managers to calibrate on candidate profiles, ensuring a shared understanding of success. Ensure all candidates receive a transparent, respectful, and efficient recruiting journey, upholding our value of Customer Obsession in every interaction. Maintain rigorous accuracy and completeness within our ATS to ensure reliable data that informs team strategy and supports overall operational efficiency. Requirements 1-3 years of foundational experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a high-growth or fast-paced startup environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English are mandatory. Proven ability to manage basic elements of the recruitment process (scheduling, screening, pipeline management). Demonstrated ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately without sacrificing quality or operational efficiency. Foundational interviewing skills with a natural ability to assess cultural fit and technical competency indicators. Basic experience utilizing proactive sourcing techniques (e.g., direct outreach, Boolean search, referrals) to build talent pipelines; relying solely on job board applications is insufficient. Experience with any Applicant Tracking System is desirable. Proven ability to consistently adhere to established recruitment workflows, ATS standards, and documentation requirements, ensuring reliable data and a standardized candidate experience. These are the applicable requisites, although equivalent competencies in any of the above will also be considered.
