QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in environmental consulting, preferably with a focus on remediation and reclamation.
  • Strong technical writing skills with demonstrated experience preparing professional reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with environmental databases, SiteView, Matidor, or ESdat are considered an asset.
  • Eligible for or working towards a professional designation with APEGA, ASPB, or AIA.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, review, and finalize environmental reports, including Phase I/II ESAs, remediation, reclamation reports, DSAs, and regulatory submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize RoSC, and RCA submissions into OneStop.
  • Compile and analyze field and laboratory data to support technical conclusions and recommendations.
  • Work closely with project managers and field staff to ensure deliverables are completed on time and to high standards.
  • Assist in the development of cost estimates, project scopes, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure all reporting aligns with client requirements, provincial regulations, and corporate procedures.
  • Provide occasional support for project coordination, document management, and data entry.
