The Department of Psychology is a large diverse academic department. Full-time faculty members are active researchers with external grant support from government, industry and/or private foundations. The Department has areas of specialization including: Clinical Science and Psychopathology; Cognitive, Developmental, and Brain Sciences; Industrial Organizational Psychology; Social and Personality Psychology.

Education:

Responsibilities

The Technical/Research Support 2 will work in collaboration with principal investigators, staff, and students, and have responsibilities for lab procedures, technical/analysis pipelines, documentation, and conducting experiments and presenting the results. The incumbent will assist with installing, operating, conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting data analysis pipelines. The incumbent will oversee students, assist with laboratory or research centre maintenance, order supplies, and ensure safety standards are met. The incumbent will set up and conduct tests according to procedures, maintain records, summarize and compile data and results for dissemination. The incumbent will complete fMRI data analysis and assist with writing manuscripts regarding the contribution of stereopsis and motion parallax to scene-related activation in fMRI.
Qualifications

Education:
