Job title: Technical Reviewer ISMS Location: South Africa home-based or Gauteng Area Purpose of the position To provide third-party certification / customized audit review and decision prior to certificate issue and compliances based on industry association /client programme in line with accreditation & BSI policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities • Ensure the review process is accurately and effectively executed in line with defined procedures enabling delivery of client • Remain informed of certification, accreditation requirements and compliance according to Industry association / Client Programme • Provide a first-class service to both internal and external customers ensuring customer satisfaction is the highest of priorities Dimensions To provide business management and support to ensure the consistency and integrity of service delivery including the continuity of third-party accreditation & Adherence to applicable requirements for BSI worldwide. Key Performance Indicators • Ensuring that the business complies with the processes for maintaining robust certification decisions in line with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, ISO 22301, ISO 20000-1, Cloud Security etc. accreditation requirements and other audits associated with digital trust standards • Timely certificate issue • Timely report review of associated schemes • Accurate reporting • Maintaining the high profile of the department by effectively using the Customer First principles • Provide technical support to auditors • Ensuring TAT/KPI adhered and maintained Candidate Specification: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably related to Digital Trust (e.g., IT, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or similar). • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent industry experience, within the Digital Trust domain. • Understanding of management system certifications and the application of relevant standards (e.g., ISMS, BCMS, ITSMS, Cloud). • Highly organized, efficient, and methodical, with strong attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Fluency in English • Computer literate with experience using a wide range of business software. #LI-MC1 #LI-Remote About Us BSI is a business improvement and standards company and for over a century BSI has been recognized for having a positive impact on organizations and society, building trust and enhancing lives.
