TECHNICAL SAFETY CONSULTANT

Risktec currently has vacancies in Houston, Texas office for Safety & Risk Consultants experienced in risk management and process safety for oil, gas, chemical and renewable energy.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in some or all of the following:

• physical effects consequence modeling
• qualitative and quantitative risk analysis
• technical safety studies
• functional safety
• safety case development
• demonstration of ALARP
• facilitating HAZIDs, SIMOPS reviews, Bowtie workshops
• safety and fire protection engineering
• project planning and management
• preparing/coordinating bids
• RAM assessment
• delivering training

The role could involve travel throughout North America and overseas to meet project requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to a Degree level in Chemical Engineering, other disciplines will be considered.
Valid driver’s license is required
