Job Description Within the project, your main tasks will include: Organization & Follow-up Monitor and follow up on requests for new parts received from STL through the RMF process. Track changes in team rosters and resource allocation at Part, Component, and Safety Manager (SM) levels. Ensure accurate addition and removal of parts and safety deliverables in the Global Safety Dashboard. Follow up on the progress of the Component Tracking File and review blocking points with engineers and STL teams. Track action plans shared by STL related to validation processes and safety deliverable templates. Technical Support Part Level Support Safety Part Engineers (SPEs) in resolving blocking points related to safety deliverables. Provide technical support on supplier hard points and interface issues. Ensure timely updates of safety deliverables under ALTEN responsibility in accordance with Safety Expertise directives. Support Mechatronics Engineers in: Developing new safety processes in collaboration with STL Safety Managers. Identifying and resolving gaps in existing STL safety processes. Component Level Support Safety Component Engineers (SCEs) in handling MPRx files and using ANSYS Medini. Act as a quality gate for System FMEA changes prior to validation by the Safety Expert. Follow up on technical safety blocking points, RASIL grids, and safety deviations. Assist engineers during complex technical discussions with métier teams and Core Engineering. Safety Manager Responsibilities Create, adapt, and deploy new safety processes within the Safety Manager (SM) perimeter. Optimize and clarify tasks, roles, and objectives within the SM scope. Report safety status, risks, and escalations to STL Safety Top Management. Safety Manager Workload & Project Coverage Central Europe Follow up on Central Europe automotive projects. Ensure the maturity and consistency of Safety Cases. Support and guide Safety Engineers in convergence with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Monitor performance progress in collaboration with the Performance Leader. Present and defend safety-related topics (VSSQ–VIMN) during Safety Assessment reviews. North America (USA & Mexico) Support and follow up on new North American projects. Analyze, understand, and synthesize North American safety processes. Introduce European safety processes, methodologies, and platforms to North American Core Engineering teams. Report findings, gaps, and recommendations to Top Safety Management. Propose alignment points between European and North American safety practices. Qualifications Engineering background in Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Embedded Systems. Minimum 2 years’ experience in Automotive Functional Safety (ISO 26262). Proven experience in system, part, and component-level safety management. Strong expertise in Safety Case development, System FMEA, RASIL assessment, and risk management. Hands-on experience with ANSYS Medini (mprx files) and safety deliverables tracking. Ability to coordinate suppliers, engineering teams, and stakeholders across multi-site and multicultural environments. Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills. Comfortable interacting with top management and defending safety positions. Experience in process definition, optimization, and deployment. Solid understanding of mechatronic systems. Fluent in English (written and spoken); international project experience is a strong asset. Additional Information Contract Type: Permanent Region: Morocco
