Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

Septimatech Group Inc. is looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. The responsibility of the Sales Account Manager is to drive revenue by selling company products and services while maintaining and developing new and existing Customer accounts. This role involves effectively managing a designated sales territory to meet personal sales revenue quotas. This includes overseeing a personal sales pipeline to ensure accurate activity tracking and revenue forecasting. The role supports inbound and outbound lead generation, lead qualification, and opportunity management through to Customer purchase. By aligning with the company’s sales plan strategies, the Sales Account Manager ensures the achievement of both the company’s sales objectives and their personal sales targets.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and nurture prospective customer leads in the company CRM through tradeshows, customer visits, online research, website inquiries, referrals, cold calls, and other sources to maximize sales revenue.
  • Qualify leads and inquiries through solution-focused dialogue to match customers with the appropriate Septimatech product solutions.
  • Prepare RFQs (Requests for Quotations) by assessing customer needs and aligning them with company products. Present proposals to customers, follow up on quotations, address business and technical objections, and resolve concerns to convert quotations into successful orders.
  • Conduct bi-weekly travel to Customer plant sites or offices to establish and strengthen relationships.
  • Deliver presentations, submit proposals, address concerns or objections, and evaluate projects for profitable growth.
  • Develop industry alliances and agent networks to support territory and customer expansion.
  • Maintain sufficient leads and opportunities to meet sales plans by managing the sales pipeline stages in the company CRM.
  • Prepare monthly sales pipeline reports, including revenue forecasts, for review with the Sales Leader to assess progress toward sales objectives and support operations planning.
  • Manage Customer accounts to foster the development of new leads in other facilities, maximize penetration of Septimatech solutions, and stay informed about new products, services, and competitor activities.
  • Enhance customer relationships through regular contact and support collection efforts when necessary.
  • Identify and address quality issues and customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure clear communication of customer inputs, deliverables, and necessary information in quotes and purchase orders to support accurate design and manufacturing processes that meet customer needs.
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support team goals and company objectives.
