We are looking for a new member of the team to work within the Customer Service & Technical Support department.
The right candidate will need to demonstrate the right attitude and mindset, with an engaging personality. The Candidate will need to be self-motivated, pro-active, conscientious and punctual. Accuracy and attention to detail is very important to the role.
Most importantly, however, we are looking for the right person - someone who can work in a small-knit team and is adaptable.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

  • You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service
  • Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be responsible for handling technical sales enquiries including specifying products, providing quotes, maximising sales and providing a high level of customer service
  • To be the first-line customer interface, communicating courteously with customers by telephone and e-mail;
  • Deliver accurate technical product support via phone, email, or webchat;
  • Audio system design support and product application assistance;
  • Assist customers and integrators with Network & IT support relating to AV Systems;
  • Administer the company’s Sales Order Processing for UK & Worldwide orders including sales orders, repairs, stock enquires, logistics & shipping admin. Including all legal documentation and paperwork;
  • To attend any necessary training courses in line with company requirements and personal development;
  • Maintain a good standard of organisation, general office duties, paperwork and administration;
  • We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with a strong technical ability along with the drive to learn and develop their product knowledge
