• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
• Provide quotes to new and existing customers
• Process orders with accuracy
• Maintain up-to-date records in our CRM system
• Recommend the right machine solutions for customers’ needs
• Manage and organize sales inboxes efficiently
• Handle customer objections with professionalism
• Attend industry exhibitions
• Stay informed about product developments and competitor offerings
• Work closely with logistics and technical support teams to enhance customer experience
• Demonstrate our equipment to potential customers
