Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support across various departments, ensuring efficient coordination of documentation, communication, and client-related processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare quotations, technical submittals, and supporting documents for client proposals
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track inquiries, follow up on quotations, and support order processing
  • Organize and maintain accurate project and client records
  • Handle the processing of all purchase orders with suppliers with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients for order-related documentation and clarifications
  • Assist in internal coordination between departments to support project execution
  • Handle general administrative functions including filing, correspondence, and documentation control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or sales coordination role,in construction or related industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in AutoCad
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Experience with quotations and submittals is preferred
