As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Technical Sales and Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding brand presence in both the optical metrology and precision motion markets. This role combines technical sales expertise with strategic marketing initiatives to increase product awareness, generate leads, and convert opportunities into sales. You will serve as a bridge between customers and our technical solutions, ensuring comprehensive and effective communication of product benefits and solutions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Physics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline) or equivalent technical experience.
  • Proven experience in technical sales and/or marketing, preferably within the optical metrology, aerospace, precision machining/motion or defense industries.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to effectively communicate complex solutions to customers.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Brattleboro, VT.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to our role in the defense industry supply chain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with optical metrology and/or precision motion.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Prior experience in content creation and campaign management.
