SUMMARY:

ARC Specialties is a robotic integrator and builder of automated machinery in search of a Technical Sales representative. This position will include interfacing with customers to define project scope and requirements, working with engineers to develop a viable solution, contacting vendors for pricing, preparing estimated project cost reports, creating project concept drawings, preparing of budgetary and final project proposals. Light domestic and international travel will be required. This is a full-time salary position with benefits.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Competent with Word, Excel and CRM software
• Inventor, Solid Works, or related 3D modeling skills are desirable
• Familiarity with industrial control systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical concepts clearly to a variety of customers
• Comfortable and familiar with manufacturing technologies and environments
• Able to work closely with engineers to develop proposal documentation
• Candidate must be very detail oriented and skilled in document control
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
