POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Technical Sales Associate with a background in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and customer needs. This role involves working closely with engineers, contractors, and customers to provide tailored product recommendations and technical support.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC/R field.
• Previous experience in HVAC sales or technical support is preferred.
• Strong communication skills (English required; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
• Ability to explain technical details in a clear and concise manner.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
