TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – CALGARY

Lexia Communications Inc., an authorized service provider for BIG TECH COMPANIES, is seeking enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing Calgary team. As a Sales Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound sales calls, work with warm leads, and play a key role in converting those leads into successful sales. REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (telecom or technology industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Strong ability to close sales over the phone and consistently hit targets.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with mobility/internet products.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow within a dynamic team.

    Job Type: Full-Time
    Salary: $18/hr Base + Unlimited Commission
    Additional Pay: Commission-Based
    Schedule: Monday to Friday (with some weekend availability)
    Location: In-Person (Calgary Office)
Responsibilities
  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell BIG TECH COMPANIES mobility and internet services.
  • Convert warm leads into successful sales by building rapport and understanding customer needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction and resolving post-sale issues.
  • Manage and nurture client accounts, building long-term relationships.
  • Track sales performance, report results, and contribute to overall team success.
